Are you buying in the right location??

Here are few things to consider when choosing the location of your future home:

Is there easy access to popular places? What will the traffic and commute be like to run errands, enjoy some time out and about, and to get to other neighboring cities if needed?

Are there good schools nearby? If you have children, or plan on having children in the future, this will be an important factor.

Is it surrounded by enjoyable scenery? Will you enjoy what you see when you look outside your window or drive around your neighborhood or in town?

Is there an access to public transit or freeways? How easy is it to get around and do all the things that you’ll be doing in your day-to-day life?

It can be tempting to compromise on some of these things for others on your wish list, but you’ll thank yourself later for taking the time to seriously consider these factors in your decision-making.
