As you know, I’m a big advocate of the power of Staging your home to sell. The proof is in the numbers 👌👌
But what’s often overlooked is the exterior! Sure, many home sellers make an effort to ramp up that curb appeal but from my experience as a Realtor, it’s usually just the bare minimum when it comes to the exterior of the home. 🤦 But don’t forget, first impressions are everything.
One of my favorite ways to make your 🏠 home stand out is staging your Front Porch.
A few ways to stage your front porch:
🔸 Make sure it’s clean of debris, bugs, etc.
🔸 A good scrub or power-wash goes a long way
🔸 Clean your front windows
🔸 Make sure they’re free of spider webs and handprints.
🔸 Add a new doormat and plants that welcome people into your home.
🔸 A fresh coat of paint on your front door adds a finishing touch to your entrance.
So if you want to take your home from being lost in a sea of competition to “the one with the adorable porch” consider adding it to the Staging list.
