How many homes should you view a day?

That’s up to you! There’s no magic number, but technology has allowed home buyers to look at hundreds of homes in a matter of hours.

For sure, home shopping is easier today than ever before. For example, the ability to view homes virtually has completely changed the home buying game. Convenience is at an all-time high. But, nothing beats visiting a home to see how it looks and ‘feels’ in person.

My advice: Go easy on yourself trying to view 10+ homes is information overload. View three to five homes in a day, and if nothing jumps out, take a breather and start again another time.
