Time to bust another home-selling myth!
While it’s true that Spring and Summer are optimal times to list your home for sale, there are pros to putting it on the market during colder months. Since everyone else is listing during Spring and Summer, there typically ends up being less competition in fall and winter. Buyers also tend to be more willing to make a deal and close quickly in colder months.
