What should you disclose as a Home Seller??

In order to prevent unforeseen, long-term issues – it’s best to be upfront and disclose any foreseeable problems that may or may not arise. ☝️

Your honesty will prove more valuable than the home you are selling, and the buyer will be much more appreciative of this.🙌

🔸Report any issues which may occur, even if the law doesn’t require it.

🔸This may include structural problems, infestation, dampness or mold, and any fixtures or appliances that may not work.

You don’t always want to necessarily address the negatives of the home you’re selling, but it is an important factor in the home selling process and most importantly you won’t have to worry about any legal issues coming back to bite you.😅
